Ashok Reddy, as the CEO of KX, applies his wide-ranging experience with Fortune 500 companies, leading banks and firms worldwide to foster a better understanding and use of AI systems. His main focus rests on the often overlooked, yet fundamental, concept of temporal reasoning in AI, i.e., the system’s ability to understand the relationships between events over time.

Ashok recognizes that the current design of many AI systems does not fully harness the potential of time-dependent data. He advocates for AI’s broader problem-solving and decision-making capacities by integrating temporal reasoning, thereby equipping these systems to tackle dynamic real-world scenarios more efficiently.

Mark Heckert is Chief Operating Officer at ICE Data Services, which is part of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). He oversees the global sales and relationship management teams for ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services business.

Heckert has over 25 years of senior level experience serving the fixed income data industry and developing new products that bring more transparency to global markets. Before his role as Chief Operating Officer, Heckert was Chief Product Officer for ICE Data Services, supporting an array of solutions that enable customers to mark-to-market, benchmark, manage risk and determine investment strategies. He joined the company as part of ICE’s acquisition of Interactive Data in 2015, where he led the fixed income valuations business and oversaw the creation of the Continuous Evaluated Pricing service, which provides streaming evaluated bond prices for over 2.4 million securities.

Before joining Interactive Data in 1998, Heckert worked at State Street Bank & Trust Co. He holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Boston University and a BA in political economy from Michigan State University.

Kevin Milsom is a Managing Director in the Global Markets Equity Platform Group at Bank of America Securities, where he is the Global Head of Equity Trading Analytics and Execution Consulting.

Prior to joining the company, Kevin was the Head of Credit Suisse’s AES Research and Consulting Group customizing execution trading strategies and evaluating them via microstructure research. Kevin worked with a variety of institutions, hedge funds, and asset managers around the globe to optimize their trading and reduce related costs. Prior to Credit Suisse, Kevin was a partner and COO of Radium Fund Advisors, a global statistical arbitrage fund, where he was in charge of trading, operations, and microstructure research.

Michael leads product, design, engineering, and services at KX - a high performance analytics data platform, with a focus on time series, tick, relational, and vector search data. Michael has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, ranging from data & AI, integration, workflow, application infrastructure, and IT management. He held numerous senior positions at IBM in product management, engineering, M&A, sales, and services. Most recently, he served as an advisor to senior leadership at Domo Inc. Michael is passionate about building great products that are high impact for enterprises across the globe.

Tim Monahan is Senior Director of Product Management at ICE Data Services. Mr. Monahan is responsible for managing some of the new product’s ICE has rolled out in recent years including Continuous Evaluated Pricing (CEPTM), BestEx & TCA, CMDI and Market Sentiment; collectively Trading Analytics. In addition to managing CEPTM & Trading Analytics he is responsible for managing all US Treasury, Corporate & Bank Loan evaluations as well as new content creation to help support fixed income order flow. Mr. Monahan has 20 years of experience in fixed income markets. After starting his career at Bear Stearns and working in the High Yield and Distressed Bank Loan trading area he transitioned into sales and trading at BTIG in New York and focused on cross selling both fixed income and equities, before joining ICE.
