Jade Delafraye is responsible for Argus Media’s editorial products in the Agriculture markets globally, working across the grains, oilseeds and vegetable oil markets. Prior to joining Argus, Jade worked as a political consultant and as diplomatic staff in a EU embassy. She holds degrees from Sciences Po Bordeaux, France, and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economic and Political Science (LSE).
Director, Agricultural and Soft Commodities, ICE
Tim Giesbrecht is Director, Agricultural and Soft Commodities at ICE. He is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, representing ICE’s Canola contract in the heart of the oilseed/grain trade for Western Canada. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in AgriBusiness and a Masters in Agricultural Economics. Prior to joining ICE in 2012, he held numerous positions at the Canadian Wheat Board in its Farmer Services and Corporate Policy departments.
Director of Business Development, ICE
Joshua Starnes is based in Houston, Texas and serves as the Director for Oil and Agriculture Desktops for ICE Data Services. Prior to joining Intercontinental Exchange Joshua was the Director of Research, Americas for Refinitiv where he developed quantitative analysis and model-based projection methods covering the supply and demand chain for North American crude and refined product markets. He has a BA in English from the University of Houston and an MS in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
