CEP data on TMC Platform
Incorporate CEP (Continuous Evaluation Pricing) data across the platform
TWA & BWA.
Add BondLink feature to trade and order ticket
Provide access to the BondLink MUNI issuer tear sheets via the TMC
interface to traders and advisors.
Limit MUNI BW BID BY time to 2 hours and FIRM TIME to 3.5 hours
Limit the Muni BW collection time (bid-by time) to 2 hours and the firm
time to 3.5 hours.
BW ALERT/Matcher Count Down timer incorrect
Fixing production defect of incorrectly counting down when user is not
in Eastern timezone.
TMC-121368 Strip out carriage returns from Comment entered by FA
Fixing product defect of carriage returns in “FA Comment” causing order
fill failure.
Add close (X) button to bubble messages
Allow users to manually close out bubble messages.
Finalize Button - LPL not working properly
Fixing product defect of clicking on Finalized button not executing the
order.
Auto VCONs generated to 7th decimal places and inquire to receive 3
decimal places
In VCON messages, round prices to 3 decimals, for MUNI only.
Update Contact Us page with new ICE email domain
Updating the E-mail addresses on Contact Us page to be of “ice.com”.
December 2019 Enhancements
Support of adverse price check rule using traders market
We switch to using wholesale price to mark up FA and customer prices in order to mitigate the adverse impact from markup calculation delay, which could amount to minutes.
Validate MBR when enter Quantity on Order Ticket
Support display of short-term rating on order blotter when no standard rating exists

6.0 MARKET SNAPSHOT BWA:
We are turning on 6.0 BWA Market Snapshot for the another wave of PLs.
Anywhere we display X for cross-over refunded, change to show XO.
January 2019 Enhancements
Order Tickets:

6.0 Order Ticket Upgrade.
Order Ticket upgrade to 6.0 look and feel for a list of private labels. More will be converted in future releases.
- Allow trader to fill internal quick orders created by fee-based accounts where the original settle date is greater than 45 days.
Order Blotter:
Increase the 1000 line item max display on same day order blotter
We increase the max number of line items on Order Blotter from 1000 to 3000.
Cash Flow Calculation Improvements
The goal of this project is to simplify and standardize the cashflow generating process across all institution types. By creating a generic service that ICE TMC application developers can leverage, we aim to be more consistent across the site with respect to cashflow presentation.
Annual Income should reflect interest for at maturity bonds in all FA reports (Proposal & Quick)

Order Blotter — Add Ability to Sort BW and Circle Orders by “Last-updated” Timestamp
We added a new column, “Last Updated”, to order blotter so all secondary orders can be sorted by this timestamp now

BWA Proposal Report:
Rename ‘Cust Yld’ column header to ‘YTW’ in BWA Proposal reports
If a matching offer is found in the market, alert the user if the settlement date is in past
Short Term ratings support on FA reports
On all FA reports, if a short-term rating is available, show it
Add coupon calculations to Ladder Report for floating rate bonds
We are showing coupon calculation details on Ladder Report in addition previously only Offerings Report
Skip positions with no cusip when loading Proposal holdings associated with the account
Discard the holdings that have no CUSIP but load all of the ones that have CUSIPs
“Market View” Home Page — New “Daily market Insight” newsletter
Aas of this release TMC Top Stories on the ‘Market View’ page will be replaced with ICE Data Services ‘Daily Market Insight’ newsletter. Also note that when the item is selected it opens a new tab from your web browser. You can navigate within the newsletter among Corporate Bonds, Securitized Products and Municipal Bonds. The newsletter opens by default to Midday Market Observations. The newsletter for the day will be available sometime near 2PM EST.
