ICE Futures U.S., Inc. is a designated contract market pursuant to the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended, and as such is regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). For well over a century, the exchange has provided reliability, integrity and security in the global marketplace. The Board of Directors of ICE Futures U.S. oversees the management of the exchange's business and its regulatory obligations as a designated contract market. To fulfill its responsibilities and to discharge its duty, the Board of Directors follows the procedures and standards that are set forth in the exchange's governance documents. These documents are subject to modification from time to time as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in the best interests of the exchange or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Regulatory Oversight Committee

The Regulatory Oversight Committee is a Board Committee comprised of the Public Directors of the exchange's Board of Directors. The Committee oversees the fulfillment of the exchange's compliance with its self-regulatory obligations and advises the Board with respect to those obligations.
